Here are some smoothie recipes that taste so good, you’ll think you’re eating a decadent dessert instead of a quick, healthy snack. Just blend the ingredients and you’re good to go!
All ingredients may be adjusted to taste.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
2 T pumpkin puree
1 cup coconut milk
1Ž2 tsp. cinnamon
a pinch of ginger
a pinch of nutmeg
Chocolate Cake Smoothie
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 banana
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Mint chocolate chip Smoothie
A few chocolate chips
Some mint leaves
Brewed mint tea, cold
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Apple pie smoothie
Apple sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 cup coconut milk
The great thing about these recipes is they’re like more nutritious versions of all your holiday favorites, so if you’re tempted to try your family’s famous pumpkin pie or chocolate mint brownie bars but don’t want the empty calories, you can opt for one of these smoothies, instead.
