Another great educational site for children! Dr. Seuss is one of my favorite children’s authors. I can remember as a child enjoying Cat in the Hat and Green Eggs and Ham. I still enjoy these books and love reading them to my children.
I also enjoy the funny rhymes and his thought provoking quotes.
“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”

I was thrilled to come upon Seussville. This site is the official page of Dr. Seuss online- where children can learn and play with Dr. Seuss’s characters.
Seussville includes books, activities, games, videos and more. Your child will definitely have fun while learning and discovering.

Dr. Seuss is fantastic! Many of the schools in our local area (probably others, but I’m going by what I’m familiar with) have “Dr. Seuss Day” each year, usually near/on his birthday. The kids, teachers and staff wear hats, shirts and more elaborate costumes to celebrate the day. The kids seem to have great fun! Sometimes, in our home, we’ll have contests to see who can read “Fox in Sox” the fastest.
I’ll have to check out that site and see if I can pass it along to friends!
